Short version: this website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and tracks nobody. The only personal data we hold is what you type into a form and send us.
Only what you give us. If you request an AI Assessment we collect your name, work email, company, role, and anything else you choose to type into that form — including company size, preferred times, what is driving your interest, and any notes. If you ask us to email your AI Exposure Scorecard result, we collect your email, your score and grade, and the answers you selected.
The scorecard itself is scored entirely in your browser. Nothing about your answers reaches us unless you fill in the email form and submit it.
We do not use cookies. We do not run analytics. There are no tracking pixels, no advertising tags, and no session recording on this site. We do not buy personal data or build profiles about you.
Our web host records standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and reliability. We do not use those logs to identify or track individual visitors.
To reply to you, to schedule and run the assessment you asked for, and to send the scorecard result you requested. If you tick the box asking us to follow up, we may contact you once more about that conversation.
We do not add you to a marketing sequence you did not ask for.
If you are in the EEA or UK: we rely on your consent where you gave it, and on our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.
We will never sell your data, rent it, trade it, share it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. There is no exception to that sentence.
What we do share is only what it takes to deliver the thing you asked for. Two providers are involved, and no one else:
Beyond those two, nobody. We do not use a third-party form-collection service, and we do not pass your details to partners, resellers, or anyone else. The only thing that would override this is a legally binding request such as a court order, which we would have no choice but to obey.
This site loads no third-party scripts, fonts, or embeds of any kind. Everything it needs is served from our own domain, so your browser never contacts another company while you read these pages.
Assessment requests and enquiries: 24 months from our last contact with you. Scorecard results: 12 months. We delete sooner if you ask us to.
We apply to our own systems the discipline we sell: least privilege, encryption in transit, and no copies of your data where they are not needed. Form submissions travel over HTTPS and are delivered to a small number of named people. Governe’s product architecture is separate from this website and is described in detail on our security page.
You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, get a copy, or object to how we use it. Email info@aiebo.ai and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EEA or UK and are not satisfied, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
This policy covers our website and marketing only. Personal data we process on behalf of a Governe customer is governed by that customer’s agreement and Data Processing Addendum, not this page. Governe’s runtime is deployed single-tenant inside the customer’s network; prompt and document content is inspected there and does not leave it.
If our practices change, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
